When a website is not enough

Some businesses need more than a site: a customer portal, a booking system, an app for their own staff. We build those too, and you can see our work before deciding.

Four apps we have built

Three of them run on iPhone and Android, Gearstack on iPhone and Apple Watch. What you see are screens from the running apps, not mockups.

iOS app for health and training

Gearstack

Analyses sleep, load and recovery, and turns them into training guidance. Native app for iPhone and Apple Watch, multilingual, published on the App Store.

Effort
around 1330 hours
Market value
133,000

HealthKit integration · analysis of sleep, load and recovery · AI coach · nutrition with image recognition · training programmes · Apple Watch app · subscription handling · three languages

What we build

  • iOS apps

Native apps for iPhone and Apple Watch, App Store release included.

  • Web applications

Client portals, booking systems, reporting. Anything that needs to do more than a website.

  • Integrations

Your site talks to existing software, such as your inventory or appointment system.

  • Phone assistants

Answers calls when nobody has time, notes the callback request and sends you the summary.

Hear it yourself The assistant at the bottom left is the same one we set up for clients. Ask it something.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Concept

We work out what the app has to do, and explicitly what it does not have to do. The second part saves more money than the first.

  2. 02

    Fixed price

You get a fixed price and a delivery date, not hourly billing. From 2900 euro, depending on scope.

  3. 03

    Build and upkeep

After release, maintenance continues in the monthly fee, exactly as it does for the websites.

What your app would cost

The two examples above are the upper end. Most enquiries land well below. For orientation, before we even talk:

Clearly defined

An app with one purpose. Appointments, a catalogue, a form, an overview. Sign-in and a backend are possible, but the app does one thing and does it well.

Market rate
5.000 – 15.000 €
With us
2.900 – 7.500 €

With user accounts

Accounts, your own database, notifications, payments. This is where most customer portals and booking systems end up.

Market rate
40.000 – 80.000 €
With us
9.500 – 29.000 €

Like our examples

Two platforms, continuous analysis, connections to devices or external systems, many languages. Projects like these take months, not weeks.

Market rate
ab 80.000 €
With us
ab 45.000 €

For comparison: German agencies charge 100 to 160 euro per hour. We are below that because no sales team and no middle layer takes a cut here, and because we shorten routine work with AI support. Not because there is less in it.

All figures are net and non-binding until we have assessed your scope. After that you get a fixed price we stand by.

How an app is paid for

Unlike a website, the price is not fixed upfront, because the scope depends on your requirements. So we assess first and then quote a fixed price, never an hourly rate.

  1. 01Assessment first, price second

We work through what the app has to do. After that you know whether you are in the range from 2900 euro or whether this is a larger undertaking. You get a fixed price and a delivery date before you decide.

  2. 0230 percent deposit to start

We do not start without a deposit. An app takes weeks, and the deposit covers that commitment. It is credited in full against the total price.

  3. 03The remainder, your choice

After release you settle the remainder either in one payment or in up to 12 monthly instalments. For instalments we provide a schedule with every amount upfront, so you can see what it adds up to.

Or as a subscription, without paying all at once

This is not the instalment plan further up. There we split a fixed sum and the app is yours afterwards. In the subscription it stays with us, including maintenance, updates and publishing: a smaller down payment, a fixed monthly rate, no lump sum at the start.

At the start
900 €
24 months at 129 euros
3,096 €
Total
3,996 €

Paid at once from2,900

About a third more than paying at once. That is the price of us funding the build.

Why this is rarely offered
Do-it-yourself builders start at 25 to 80 dollars a month, but there you build and maintain it yourself. Agencies charge five figures once and then 600 to 3,000 € a month for upkeep. In between there is nothing.
What is yours
The app runs under your name in both stores. When the contract ends the current state is yours; if you want to continue without us, you get the source code.

Tell us about your project

Even if it is still vague. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth the effort and what a smaller version would cost.

Usually live within 48 hours
You send it, we publish it
Rather speak or type
The assistant at the bottom left takes both, around the clock. It listens to what your business needs, answers questions about the offer and passes it on to us.
